„We grew quickly, which allowed us to invest in additional software — both for our technical work and for managing the company and its processes. One of these tools is FLOWii, which we have been using since the company was founded,” the founders explain.
„At first, we tried managing data in Excel, but it did not work well. In FLOWii, we established unified rules because we value structure and organization — from emails to projects. We use all the features FLOWii offers: project management, task planning, job tracking, and online invoicing with income and expense tracking,” adds Ádám Varga.

„After taking on a project, we assign responsibility and designate who communicates with the client. Each project has clearly defined rules. In the system, we can see who is responsible, the project deadline, the budget, and how it is being managed. Each project is assigned to a dedicated team,” Ádám Varga explains how project management works in the company.
Every project is recorded in the CRM system, allowing managers to track team tasks and monitor whether they are completed on time and according to plan. When a task is completed, other team members receive a notification from FLOWii, and the manager can review it.
„We strive to create conditions where our people have everything they need and feel satisfied. Our team consists of professionals, and we regularly discuss what they would like to improve. They can submit ideas into an idea box, and we try to implement them.”

„We deliver professional projects, and our clients recommend us further,” says Ádám Varga.
They successfully avoid internal conflicts by dividing responsibilities — each managing director oversees a specific division and team.
„We meet once a week to discuss key investments and project decisions,” adds Ľuboš Kelčík.
In addition to prefabricated and reinforced concrete structures, they have also established divisions focused on modular ceilings, steel, and timber structures.
Their portfolio includes projects such as the Galandia thermal center, structural solutions for Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing, the Lakeside Park high-rise office building in Bratislava, the Púpavy Park residential project in Šaľa, and many others.
Online CRM accessible even in a home office setup
Fortunately, the pandemic did not significantly disrupt the company’s operations.
„At first, we did not know what to expect. My mother even sewed face masks for everyone. We had to close the office twice, but thanks to cloud-based data and FLOWii CRM, we were able to continue working remotely. However, our people generally prefer working from the office, even though they can work from home twice a week,” says Ádám Varga.
The pandemic’s impact was mainly reflected in increased energy costs.
„We invested in photovoltaic panels to reduce these expenses,” the founders explain.

Passion as the foundation of success
„I enjoy my work — it is my hobby. I do not mind working 13 hours if necessary to deliver a high-quality project. It is rewarding because we create something valuable and constantly engage our minds,” says Csaba Baji.
„For me, construction has been a passion since childhood. I enjoy what I do and like to keep improving,” adds Ľuboš Kelčík.
„We are lucky to have studied at the same school and had the opportunity to build a business together. Personally, I enjoy steel structures because they allow you to create almost anything. I like seeing something you design become reality,” concludes Ádám Varga.
